REFUND POLICY
The Constant Link Virtual Receptionist Service is billed on a monthly basis, and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be assessed on the credit card provided by the customer. The service fee for the month, which is billed at the beginning of each month, will not be subject to refund for that month, and, due to cancellation, no future charges will be assessed on the credit card.
The 7-day Money Back Guarantee applies to a Package Price Plan only (and not the a-la-carte $1.25/minute plan). The trial period begins on the day your payment is made on your credit card, and ends 7 days later. You may request your money back within 7 days from the date of your payment. The amount refunded to your credit card will be the full amount of the Package Plan. The one-time set up fee is not eligible for refund

No product will be delivered, the services you are purchasing are provided at the time of payment.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
